We walk everyday the same way to work, to the shop or the gym. We see a lot of things on our way, but do we still notice them? Look around, look up and notice the details of the buildings you pass by.

It is maybe that I'm more aware now to look to those architectural details as one of my clients is in the process of defining the facade of her house. They have a certain grandeur. Is this style still something for us, or is it of a time which passed.

All depends how you are going to interpret it, When everything will be in the heavy baroque style than it will get to much. So how can we use it and make it more modern? Use light colors, combine it with very modern design pieces, add graphical elements , and a touch of color.

Gold can be very elegant when used in the right proportions, in combination with a lot of white, and add wood to give it warmth, if not it will look to glamorous.
