Checked table cloth, flowers wrapped in brown paper. Mix the eggs: you will find chicken eggs, duck eggs, goose eggs and quail eggs. Get out for a walk and pick the flowers on the meadow. Inspire your kids to make the center piece for the table. Make it a relaxed celebration.

You love the Nordic style? You can create a kind of rustic minimalist setting. Darker tones in combination with natural materials and pastel colors. In Germany and Scandinavia it’s a custom to decorate an Easter tree. If you can find some blooming branches that would be great, if not you just use some long branches and decorate them even more with pastel eggs. If the idea of a tree is to much for you, then go for an Easter wreath instead.
